Before I was introduced to Bruno, I was already eating "pretty well", drinking minimal alcohol, not smoking etc and had was exercising...but I was tired all the time. Even after a solid night's sleep! I was 40 but feeling like I was 60! I was also getting "mood swings" which I couldn't explain, which affected my focus, motivation and relationships.

 

The first time I met with Bruno, within minutes of assessing me, he had identified exactly what had to change for me to get my energy back. I was a little bit skeptical. But within 3 months of seeing him and taking his supplements regularly, the change to my life was obvious. My thinking was sharper, I was more energetic and "upbeat", and the frequency of my "mood swings" was significantly reduced (after 6 months, I could recall only 1 or 2 occurrences).
